Responsibilities - What will you do and Requirements- What are we looking for:
We're looking for a full-time ClickUp Manager and Controller who would perform the following tasks on a regular basis:
Ensure execution:
- Follow-up on overdue tasks, ask assignees to set up a new date.
- Follow-up on any assigned comments and ensure those are revolved.
- Create conversation pings to keep the discussions moving on certain tasks.
Ensure task integrity:
- Make sure the task follows the core principles of project management - has full context, correct assignee, due date, and appropriate access.
Ensure workspace integrity:
- Make sure all the users have the correct access and all workspaces are private.
- Make sure there's no duplication of workspace.
- Merge any overlapping lists together
- Create, maintain, and control Clickup Automations.
- Automations should be clearly drawn out in the process chart for each list.
- The automations should be done within ClickUp, not on external services - although exceptions can be made
- The automations should be simple and should not send unnecessary notifications
In-House Team Training
- Sit-down 1/1 with anyone who needs to understand C/U better.
- Create a cheat sheet for the team to be the most optimized on notifications, task completion, etc.
Preference:
- Someone with hardcore project management experience working w/ remote teams.
