About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Content Admin who has excellent customer service skills, is well-versed in computers, and can quickly take on new assignments. You will be responsible for streamlining repetitive work, providing support to our team of professionals, and responding to customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with colleagues to provide administrative support
• Respond to customer inquiries and report user issues to the team
• Copy-pasting tasks.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports
• Quick to understand new tasks and learn
• Develop an understanding of company processes and procedures related to virtual assistant roles
• Support team members when required by taking on additional duties as needed
Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or similar role
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Highly organized individual with great attention to detail
• Solid understanding of computer applications
• Ability to multitask effectively between different projects
• Knowledge of best practices associated with customer service principles
