The Role
We are looking for a highly creative, smart, data oriented, well spoken HR professional who can drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communications at KodeKloud. This role will be responsible for ensuring all employees are well informed, connected and engaged throughout their lifecycle at KodeKloud. The incumbent will play a crucial role in managing all touch points that impact employee engagement and culture of the organisation. We are looking for people with an internal communications and employee engagement background of minimum 3 years in a global SME/start-up. Prior experience managing communications and employee engagement in a remote company with globally dispersed employees will be highly preferred.
