The Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our Marketing Team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of marketing projects
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate project objectives, timelines, and updates to stakeholders across the organization, including marketing, sales, product development, and executive teams. Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, Copy & Content, Creative and Community team for daily tasks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all marketing deliverables meet quality standards and align with the company's brand guidelines
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
- Performance Tracking: Track project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular updates to stakeholders
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate project processes and performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to support project execution
Required Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, one must have -
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, specifically within a marketing environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Clickup, Asana, or Trello
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
