About the Role:
You will interpret data and analyze results using various statistical techniques, starting from acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders both within and outside the company.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and data requirements.
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track and communicate business performance metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and deep dives into specific business areas to uncover insights and root causes of issues.
- Based on data analysis, provide recommendations for process improvements, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Support decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights and scenario analysis.
- Conduct a thorough analysis of marketing performance metrics, including but not limited to campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition, conversion rates, ROI, and customer segmentation
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present key findings and insights to stakeholders
- Plan A/B testing, experimentation, and hypothesis testing to drive continuous improvement in marketing strategies and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, one must have -
- 7-12 years of experience combined with data analysis and data engineering.
- Exceptional data orientation with proficiency in
- End to End data visualization
- Build Data warehouse
- ETL processes and tools
- Cloud platforms
- Programming in Python or R
- Big data technologies
- Setting up data pipelines from scratch
- Experience in both B2C and B2B.
- Implementing data governance
Preferences:

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communication skills (technical to non-technical translation)
