About the Role:
The Virtual Asssitant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative task assigned by the Sales Reps in the team. You will be responsible in ensuring smooth client onboarding experience, billing procedures and will gain exposure to customer interactions via emails. You will also be responsible in technical support required by Enterprise clients
Responsibilities - What will you do:

- Support Sales Teams in Enterprise Customer Tech Support
- Troubleshooting email correspondances with clients
- Account Invoice generation, PO consolidation, and payments follow ups
- Undertake administrative tasks such as data-mining, data-sorting, documentations, lead propecting (with assistance from Sales Team)
- Assist in day-to-day consolidation of revenue and other analytics data
- Other administrative duties assigned from time to time
Requirement:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar Assistant or Admin executive work
- Fast learner of new technologies
- Comfortable with fast-changing start-up environment.
- Results driven and passionate about growth.
